Rolly Lumbala has been playing professional football for the BC Lions for the last six years. Training professionally his entire life, he felt it was important to share his knowledge and skills on how to obtain a healthy and strong body. Rolly also obtains a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Idaho where he studied on a football scholarship before being drafted into the NFL and later the CFL.
Rolly has been running children’s sports camps and adult bootcamps for the last three years with great success. He is best known for his ability to overcome obstacles not only on the field but within his training camps as well. His passion is helping others obtain the tools to a healthy and strong body, breaking mental barriers and enriching their soul with the happiness that is gained from a healthy lifestyle. Hence came about the slogan; Training your mind, body and soul.
Lauren is a Certified Trainer and Professional Athlete. Lauren began playing basketball at 11 years old, which allowed her to achieve her Bachelors in Psychology on a basketball scholarship at Trinity Western University. Later she went on to play professionally in Portugal until 2011.
Her passion is helping others achieve what they thought they couldn’t. She has a great talent in coaching others into achieving beyond their personal best, guide and support them in their fitness journeys, gain more confidence and simply bring further joy into their lives.
Jerome graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in Sports Management before entering into pro football where he played for six years. His love for personal health and fitness is visible in his ability to guide others through pushing beyond their personal limits in order to achieve the results they have always desired. Jerome has been working alongside Rolly for the last few years, helping people break the walls they put up for themselves and reaching their ultimate fitness and health goals.
